FIRST, A BIT ABOUT OUR COMPANY:

MTM Realty, Inc. is a relatively new, small, hometown business. Our company size is just right to offer you the best service available. Our staff works together to provide you with the quality Real Estate services you deserve. Being a new company, to us, means breaking new ground in customer service and offering new and better ideas to our clients. And just because we are new, does not mean we are inexperienced. We know how to get things done and we know what it means to offer great customer service!

Now we would like to take the time to “informally” introduce ourselves to you. At MTM Realty, we feel it is important to know and trust the people you do business with!

Todd Stevanus

Todd Stevanus was recently named President and partner of MTM Realty, Inc., a new Real Estate Company serving Somerset County and surrounding areas. The company's primary focus is to specialize in residential, commercial real estate, vacant land, new construction and farmland. Todd brings to the company experience in computer science and an associates degree in Business Accounting. Todd is a licensed Real Estate Agent with a membership in the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors and Cambria–Somerset Association of Realtors. He just completed a course in Property Management and Business Development. He's currently pursuing the courses needed to acquire his broker's licence. The goal of forming a Real Estate Brokerage became a reality with the finding of MTM Realty, Inc. with his partner Suzi Barth. The company is also a member of the Somerset Chamber of Commerce and is now open for business.

Suzi Barth
Broker, GRI
Suzi Barth has just been appointed as secretary and partner for MTM Realty, Inc. MTM Realty has just opened its doors to provide quality expert service for Somerset County real estate services. She acquired her license through Polley Associates as a Real Estate Agent and Broker and completed the required courses to obtain the designation as a GRI – Graduate of Real Estate Institute. She has worked as an agent with the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors for approximately 11 years. She is a licensed Broker for Maryland and Pennsylvania and specializes in Southern Somerset County. Along with Todd Stevanus, she will strive to provide superior service to the residents of Somerset County. Suzi is a member of the Somerset Chamber of Commerce and is a board member for the Cambria/Somerset County Area of Realtors. Suzi and her husband, Mike Barth, of Ben Franklin Plumbing and Heating, live in Somerset Borough. She has two sons, Todd and Sam Stevanus, one granddaughter, Kaitlyn, two dogs, Schatzie and Scooper and our newest addition to our family, Sissy the African Grey Parrot.
