problems in writing. For instance, say your sump pump isn't working

A buyer could purchase your home and be flooded out the next day. Surely
they would want to hold you liable for their ruined belongings. Protect
yourself and the buyer from any unnecessary future incidents! You don't
want to go overboard though that loose doorknob is really not
that critical and can make a contract overly cluttered. At

a prospective buyer is looking at a house they feel like an intruder.
This is especially true when there are children and pets in the rooms.
Keep children and pets out from underfoot, and let the buyer focus on

plan to be away from home, but let your Realtor know how to get in touch
with you quickly!

important moves you can make is to reply to any offers immediately!
If someone makes you an offer, they are interested in buying your property.
This doesn't prevent them from looking at other properties while they
